- Over 23 years of experience in academia and research in ICFAI group in roles like Director, Vice-Chancellor ( over 10 years) and Chancellor (over 2 years)

- Authored a book on “Integrating Educational Technologies in Pedagogies in Higher Education”.
- Published over 80 research articles in journals in India and abroad
